Quick start:

Making Your Tribute

1

Start with the basics

Enter your pet's name, type, and breed. Add the years you shared together. These details frame the whole tribute and give it a personal anchor. If you are not sure about exact dates, a range or just the years is fine.

2

Add what made them special

Think about the small things. The way they greeted you at the door. Their favorite toy. The sound of their purr or bark. These details are what make a tribute feel real and personal, not generic.

3

Choose a photo

Pick a photo that captures their spirit. It does not have to be perfect. A candid shot of them doing what they loved often means more than a formal portrait. The photo stays on your device and is never uploaded.

4

Save and share

Click Save to store the tribute in your browser. Use Copy Link to create a shareable URL you can send to family. Click Print Card to get a clean, formatted memorial card ready for your printer.

Example Tributes

Here are a few examples to show what a finished tribute can look like. Each one tells a different story.

Max, the Adventure Dog

German Shepherd · 2012 - 2024

"Max hiked every trail within 50 miles of our house. He once chased a deer straight into a creek and came out grinning. His favorite thing was riding in the truck with his head out the window."

Whiskers, the Lap Cat

Tabby Cat · 2016 - 2025

"Whiskers spent 20 hours a day sleeping in a sunbeam. She had a meow that sounded like a question mark. Every night she would climb onto my chest and purr until we both fell asleep."

Kiwi, the Talkative Parakeet

Parakeet · 2019 - 2025

"Kiwi learned to say 'good morning' and 'I love you.' He would whistle along with the radio. His favorite perch was on top of the refrigerator, where he could see the whole kitchen."

A Few Things to Know

Your data stays private

Everything you enter stays in your browser. Photos are read from your device and never sent anywhere. We do not collect, store, or track any of your tribute data.

Saving is local

Saved tributes live in your browser's local storage. If you switch browsers or clear your data, saved tributes will be gone. For safekeeping, print or save as PDF.

Share links are long

The share link encodes your tribute in the URL. A tribute with lots of text and a photo creates a very long link. It still works, but it may look unusual in messages.

Come back anytime

Open your saved tribute on your pet's birthday, adoption day, or any day you want to remember. Add new memories or update the tribute as time passes.
